عند طلب استبدال العطر بعطر اخر يجب ان يكون العطر سليم ولم يتم فتحه و تحسب على المستبدل قيمة الشحن استرجاع و شحن منتج اخر
تكاليف الشحن وبطاقة الائتمان غير قابلة للاسترداد للحزم التي لم يتم تسليمها أو عدم المطالبة بها أو إرجاعها ما لم يكن هناك خطأ من جانبنا. لن يتم رد أي تكلفة متكبدة لإعادة المنتج / المنتجات إلينا ما لم يحدث خطأ في طلبك من قبلنا.
لا يمكن استبدال المنتجات التي تم شراؤها من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني الا إذا كان المنتج الذي تلقيته تالفًا أو لم يكن المنتج الذي طلبته.
